Notiz
War wieder ungewohnt den Berg schnell hoch zu laufen. Hab auch gedacht, dass dies noch bissel schneller hätte gehen müssen. Vielleicht habe ich auch unterbewusst nicht alles gegeben wegen der Hauptqualitätiseinheit mit 14 km MRT am kommenden Mittwoch.
